I did not end this transfer how I thought I would. So last monday the president of the mission called my comp and I. He said he needed us for an emergency transfer.......he called us at 9 at night and said that I would leave for another area for a week. My comp would stay with the missionary being moved. Yeah, so I went to an area called sao bernardo. And i´ve been there with a missionary from chile who´s been here for only 5 months. And then we got the calls about transfers today and we´re both being moved and they are going to put sisters here. An interesting change. I do believe that my area has the closet thing to mountains in all of sao paulo. The hills here are worse than my first area. There´s a part of my area, close to the size of Upper arlinton (for those of you who know upper arlington) that was put on top of a mountain. It only has 3 roads. The rest is all stairs. Needless to say I am happy to be leaving. I have no idea where i´m going so it shall be interesting. Let´s hope it´s a flat area. So that´s that. I didn´t get to say goodbye to the people in my last area or the people that we baptized so I´m a little sad but maybe at the end of the mission. We´ll see.
Anyways my advice this week for all is to let go of pride. It will ruin your life. Be humble. It´s not easy but salvation never was. Think of christ when he was suffering and you´ll see a change.
